Worst experience with this retailer, our daughter (student) purchased late last year a couple of vouchers for my husband and I to be used at Avoca Body & Skin. We were under the impression that like any other gift vouchers, these were valid for a full year and thought that after a full-on year we would take advantage of these early this year. However, some sad events touched our lives, I lost my father in January and when I came back from France, my husband had to rush to England because his 93 yrs old father had to have emergency surgery. With such dramatic events, we totally forgot about the vouchers. When my daughter reminded us by phone, we realised that the vouchers had expired as they were only valid for 6 months (we were 3 weeks out!!). When we contacted the principal, she categorically refused to honour them, this was their policy. We asked for the manager to contact us, nothing happened.
