I was hit from the back in my 1 year old Hyundai Santa Fe by a garbage truck on South gippsland Hwy. The force of the hit pushed my car in to the car in front and caused considerable damage to it. My car was then sent to Avondale Motors in Dandenong for repairs by my Insurance Company. I must commend the staff for the excellent all round service. They were friendly and re assuring when I was really feeling down. The work they did on my SUV was first class. After they handed my car over to me I took it to Hyundai for a thorough check and I am happy to say that not one mistake could be found with their repairs. I take this opportunity to thank all at Avondale Motors for their excellent work. I will recommend you anytime. Thanks once again.
I took my wife's 1999 Mitsubishi Lancer to Avondale Motors as I caused a prang running up someone's rear on Nepean Highway in a moment of lapsed concentration. I was really pleased with the result and the matching of the paintwork was excellent. Luckily I have only had two car collisions in my life but getting my wife's car looking good again has made me determined to avoid any more! The car was ready on time and the staff service was really good.
I do not normally take the time to review a business, however I feel everyone should know that this repairer is dodgey. Repaired my tailgate with an off colour paint, the wrong tint of glass and with glass that was undersized. Do not let AAMI take your car here.
Moreover staff are extremely rude and difficult to deal with. I would not send any car here, not even my dads old 1984 volvo station wagon.
