Mindful excersice is a another service on offer, it is personal training with a difference, with programs tailored to suit you. Each session you will be taken for a different adventure, stoping to notice nature, as well as your sense of self. You will learn to crave the feeling that excersise gives you and the emotional healing it can provide. Excersise modalities include but are not limited to, bushwalking, yoga, Pilates, tai chi, breathwork, running, depending totally on your ability and what it is you actually like! I am so glad I found this little studio, the location was quiet and the studio is just lovely. Angela is the most caring massage therapist, she took time to get to know me, and I felt safe and looke after straight away.
