Awesome Party Hire

Not happy with the office staff, Sam "the manager". We had to call sevetal times to follow-up abt confirmation of our booking. Inefficient customer service and lacking in communication!!!!

Unfortunately we had to cancel the booking (5 days before the booking date). However our refund request of our deposit was declined due to the terms and conditions. Sam "the manager" advising a "14 day" (prior to the event) non refundable period.

Extremely poor service from staff. The staff picked up the jumping castle 2 hours earlier than expected and threw the children out.
Contacted the office regarding this, the staff who picked up the item hung up the phone and accused that it's lies. Denied this to their management.

enjoyed watching the adults take turn on the mechanical bull. I actually chickened out to have a go myself but it was fun nevertheless :)

did my research and found that awesome party hire were the cheapest for what i wanted. little disappointed that the cancellation policy had changed from 3 days to 7 as its hard to make a decision based on weather one week out of an outdoor party. few reservations / confusion about our power supply (for 4 inflatable items), where we could set up, distance from house, cords needed, how many outlets etc, but once the guys arrived on the day they did everything for me and took care of it.
