We recently employed Awesome Timber Floors at the recommendation of a neighbour to install an American Oak timber floor throughout our house - we have been reluctant for many years to bother changing our mismatched floor as it all seemed 'too hard!'.
We are extremely happy with our finished product and would like to thank Dan and Megan and particularly Jason our installer for all of their advice and also the professional way in which our work was completed .Dan always informed us of our schedule and always responded to phone calls or txt messages.
I would definitely recommend this company .

Maybe this mob is good at doing new timber floors (I wouldn't know) but whatever you do, do go anywhere near them for repairs!! Really poor quality - steps, colour mismatch, delay in response etc etc. A big thumbs down!!

We are sorry you feel this way but we are doing exactly what the builder has engaged us to do.
The absolute Ideal when doing a touch up is to perform more extensive work in order achieve a perfect match and from my understanding you denied my staff of this service.
Unfortunately my dealings and contract is to the builder and not youself so to a degree our hands are tied as to what we can do or offer.
I also might point out that our company has offered it's services to the builder as a favour and was not the supplier of the original floor who refused any sort of after sales service.
There are many implications with touching up other companies work as it can become a guessing game with materials .
