I got a quote from AWS Services in October 2018 they started the job the supervisor came with the trades people and never came back again, did not check the job when it was finished end November, then in December the estimator called me that one part of the job had not been done, I might add the supervisor was questioned about this and said it did not need to be done, he was questioned twice about this. At that time I was writing a letter of complaint of the mess that had been left I told the estimator about this , he said you can tell them when they come on 7th January @ 7.30am they did not show so rang and half an hour later luke the supervisor rang me and said I have been trying to call you but I could not get thru, this is a lie as the phone was sitting beside me , the contractor rang in sick sorry we will be there tomorrow, Two men turned up at 8am and said we have a job to do, I asked where was the supervisor they rang him he was held up in traffic would ...read more
We are now in February this is the 4th month and the job is still not finished, they are supposed to be here today but as usual they are not , tomorrow I am told by the supervisor but he is not to be believed, I certainly will not be recommending this supervisor, if you get him on your job run like crazy as he is hopeless
further to yesterdays comment they were suppost to finish yesterday but they took the back sliding door out on the 8th January broke a lot of tiles off the wall and one in the veranda they only sealed the tiles yesterday in the meantime a week ago today we had torrential rain here I now have a leak a bubble of water in the ceiling below where they left it open, plus the fact the sliding door is so hard to open , the supervisor clains it was like that a the start as he has only been here three times in the last four months and never inspected the finished job at all, to add injury to all this he has sent me a final bill $660 more than the original quote, the accounts department fault according to him, he never takes ownership for any faults, now I wonder how long it will take him to look at the damaged ceiling.
AWS was paid thousands of dollars to repair an apartment complex with multiple leaks. Their work was very messy, disorganised and of poor quality. They caused a lot of collateral damage to walls, carpets and common areas. They subcontracted services to rogue contractors who were even worse. After works were completed, there were still leaks. AWS did not take responsibility for this, so new contractors have been engaged to pick up the pieces.
I will not be using AWS again and would highly recommend others steer clear.

Still waiting after 5 weeks to have my warranty work done after waterproofing leaked after the first storm. Carlos never answers calls or emails. Very poor service. Will go to the building authority

I called AWS Trades & Services to receive a quote for sealing structure cracks as there has been water seepage in my basement for nearly two years. Bec in reception was very personable and I was pleasantly surprised that the no-commitment & free quote - Bec had Carlos come to my home (on time, unlike experiences with several other companies) the very next day.
He came with another co-worker and finished the digging, sealing and tidying up of the work area. They finished in one day as promised. What I like the most is that the work was tidy. The work was completed just the other week so I looked forward to the rain to ensure there were no more water leaks. If there were. which I highly doubted, the guarantee would have addressed any further work that would have needed to be done.
I do not hesitate to recommend AWS Trades & Services. They're dependable, offer competitive pricing, but more importantly, tidy workers.
