This is a great salon and I have had no problems with any of the services (don't know what the problem is with the person below, you probably haven't ever paid to get your hair done before and are expecting someone to paint a picture for you)
Great service and I also get my eyebrows there which have been great every time.
Best salon I have ever been too! Been going here for years. Staff are so lovely and have become like family. They make you feel so welcomed in every way possible. I have been to hairdressers where they don't listen to what you want whereas this salon I have always walked out happy. They have such reasonable prices for the outstanding service we get. Most of my friends and family go to this salon after my recommendation. Would recommend to everyone.
The worst hairdressing experience of my life. I walked in with a dark colour and showed a picture of me as a blonde, they said they can't get the exact colour the first time and I was aware of this. However, at the end of 3 hours I walked out of the salon paying $220 to look like a rainbow. My own natural colour at the roots closely followed by blonde for about 5mm and the rest is still dark.
They were arguing a ridiculous point "we didn't know what was underneath" you're a hair dresser, figure it out!
I walked out of the salon with $220 less in my wallet and crying.
I have to wear a beanie until I can get a proper hairdresser to fix it for me.
Do not go to there if you want your hair to look decent.
