Wow this is by fair the most amazing salon iv ever experienced, and I’m a world traveler. From the very first “ hi” I was well consulted, the professionalism was absolutely hi-end at a reasonable cost. My hair is, let’s just say WOW! Everything I asked and much more. In all my travels and living in 7 different country’s, I must say my hair has never looked and felt this amazing! Thankyou caitlin and Elle, you truely are the dream team.
I was previously a long term client of Azura for hair, However after 4 years the girls had built my hair up from a gorgeous rich chocolate brown to a horrible Morticia looking black. I was told the only way that girls could correct this was by bleach bathing my hair to strip out all the colour and starting again, which i was extremely apprehensive about, however after many lengthy discussions the girls assured me that this was the best option and would not be damaging to my hair in any way. They also convinced me to put highlights of different shades of brown in my hair to achieve a rich chocolate brown, However the results were absolutely disastrous. My hair was extremely dry and felt like barb wire, It did not look anything like what we had discussed or the photographs we had picked out, instead i was left with massive streaks of red and big chunks of blonde throughout my hair and i was charged almost triple to what I had initially been quoted. This was by far the worst salon I'd ever been to. It started out ok. The place itself is nice, the staff seemed friendly. I have medium brown hair and went in with a standard medium brown to dark blonde balayage picture. It was really nothing too drastic the hairdresser who after speaking to her I believe to be the owner assured me that it would be no problem and we began. When she was done I hated it. I had that sinking feeling you get when you've just spent two weeks rent on letting someone turn you into a clown. I walked out and burst into tears in the car. I know hair can be a little temperamental at the best of times and I didn't hold a grudge, I have friends who are hairdressers and one assured me that any good hairdresser would rather the chance to redeem themselves than get a bad reputation and everyone makes mistakes so I called stated I was unhappy with my hair and asked if they would be ok with y coming back in to have it fixed.
