Azure Medical Cottesloe

Im a local resident and found Azure Medical, at Peppermint Grove to have an attractive interior design and colour scheme, but to be quite indifferent and impersonal. In particular the Pathology Surgery leaves a great deal to be desired. I had to wait an hour today to see the nurse, who seemed late into work and flustered, because she was a relief nurse and not familiar with surgery lay out and medicines. I was fasting for diabetic blood glucose and other blood tests and was keen to get the process of dealt with quickly. So, when I did get to see the nurse, she said she couldnt find medical products and I was lucky to see her for fasting bloods, as I hadnt made an appointment. I exclaimed that I had earlier that morning been referred by Cottesloe medical practice and on arrival the receptionist hadnt asked to see my referral papers on arrival at reception.
