We had them out to our house to check our dishwasher which has not been draining well for several weeks now. I have to bail the dirty water out of the bottom of it. When the tech was here, my husband told him what was going on and the tech told my husband that because the buttons were working and water was running through it, that it was fine. Didn't take anything apart to check it. I got home, ran it, and again had to empty out the dirty water after the load of dishes as nothing had been properly checked, let alone diagnosed and repaired. We paid him $65 to come out, say it was fine, and leave. Money for nothing. We messaged him that same day about it and he won't reply but was happy to just keep our money and leave us with a broken dishwasher. Appalling service.

Another fantastic job done - thanks! Our AEG dishwasher of 10 years had a short-circuited control panel, Andy quoted $600-650 to repair it, incl parts & labour (expensive German parts). It had never missed a beat so I wanted to repair instead of replace it. He came the same morning, took it away, did the job quickly and charged $620. Very honest & polite manner
