Laura, yes, i do have the correct business. I had to take my car elsewhere for repair of repair as our car was left with gauged paintwork masked by fresh paint, as being one problem we were left with. The "mechanuc" you DO have attend your premises is either unqualified or just irresponsible and neglective. The people there are lovely. The work, however, is not always as it seems!
It's unfortunate that this issue wasn't brought to our attention when the vehicle was returned to you. Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to rectify any possible issues without knowing the exact circumstances, as well as your identity and vehicle details.
