Technician came to service our new garage door that is less than a year old. Original call out quote from office was $130 for half an hour. The office staff assured us it would only take that long because it's a new door service. Technician mucked around, staying for a total of 37mins (according to my cctv) spending 4.5mins on a personal phone call, and just over 5 mins in his car (doing who knows?) and then taking my credit card and charging me for an hour call out fee of $152. We tried to dispute it with the head office but they rudely refused to refund us the difference. Best to avoid them and get another professional service your garage door. Will never return to this company!
