Prestige replaced two 30-year-old roller doors for us in 2013. As I expected would happen with installing new doors in an old garage, some tweaking needed to be done after the installation. The company is very professional - after I had to point out something I didn't like, as the customer I remained unaware of discussions behind the scene on who may have been responsible despite the fact there are a few people in the supply and service chain. The guys visited without a problem to fix and adjust the doors. We were not the easiest of jobs but the office and technical staff were all accommodating and gave good customer service. We were supplied with copies of the product and troubleshooting brochures to have on hand which is great. We got the company to service the doors after a year or so and they are working great. We will continue to use Prestige.
Excellent service. We received a number of quotes for a new garage door/motor and found these guys to be the most well priced, informative and professional. Communication was great and the turnaround time to get the job done was surprisingly quick considering our door needed a lot of customisation. Would highly recommend.

As discussed, we serviced your motor to its best potential and advised that you should plan to replace the motor given its approximately 15 year life span.
We understand that this was located at an investment property which you did not want to fund although Prestige cannot return to continuously band aid fix the aged motor for free.
