I agree with brittwhite3,the most unprofessional business I've had to deal with. I do not understand why they are listed as preferred dealers with insurance companies. Had to take my car back to get the job done properly, their first attempt was second-rate at best. And their counter staff need some lessons in customer service, just appalling.

B&I Panel & Paint are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They 'repaired' my car from the hail damage caused in November 2014. I dropped my car off in January 2015 and was advised it would be ready in 3 weeks - it took 6 and a half weeks to repair (it was pushed back on 3 different occasions). I had to contact B&I for updates and every person I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I was finally able to pick up my car, they were not interested in staying open for 5 minutes (the taxi was running late and there was traffic being a friday afternoon). When I picked up my car, there were mud foot prints on the floor of the car, the job was very poorly done and all the settings (radio, time) in my car had been changed. I wish I could give a negative star rating for the very poor service that I received. I felt like a chore, not a customer to B&I Panel and Paint. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If there were negative stars that would more sum up my experience with B & I paint and panel. I had B & I fix a crash repair in rear bar and have the front bar resprayed. I picked the car up after one week and there were massive gaps where the body panels fit from poor refitment. There were chips in the paint, some sections hadn't been painted, the wheel arches weren't clipped back into the bumper properly, the car is a two tone paint job and there was over run of one colour into the next. I had to take the car back the following week to have these fixed, when I arrived they didn't acknowledge each defect, wouldn't explain to me how they were going to fix the problem. I even rang the manager and got the same no car attitude. They they have subbied the job out and couldn't give me an eta on the car even though we had already greed upon a date to collect and simply stated it's not their problem and out of their control. They will never get my business again

We recently used this company as a preferred repairer through our insurance company. We dropped the car in first thing in the morning on the agreed date and CONFIRMED with them the pick up date (which had to tie in with our working hours). One the day of pick up we received no call so we called them at around 2pm. We were informed the car would not be ready until after the weekend as that was the date that was put in their system. They also went on to say the car had been "dumped on them by the insurance company" and it was only suppose to be a quote. Treated us like we were to blame for what sounded like a miscommunication between the repairer and the insurance company. Unfortunately they took this out on us. Rang them on the new pick up day and was told "maybe" I would have my car...... I had taken the day off work to collect my car so it was absolutely necessary to pick it up.
