Where do you operate?
We currently offer rentals to people living in and around Melbourne, VIC.
How long are the rental periods?
Generally, most rental agreements are between 12 months or 24 months.
What's Centrepay and how does it work?
Centrepay is Centrelinks bill paying service. If you receive a Centrelink payment of any type you may be eligible to use Centrepay to pay for an essential appliances. Many of our clients use Centrepay to pay their rental agreements and find it makes it really easy to manage their money.
Whats the catch?
No catch. There are no hidden fees and no hassles. Whatever you need, we will try to set up a plan that will work for you and your budget.
How do I get it?
At B J Hire Appliance Rentals we bring everything to you.
When can I get it?
You will receive your appliance as soon as we can get delivery organised after your rental contract has been approved. Usually that will be within one or two days .
What if something goes wrong with my goods?
No problem if its a warranty issue. Your appliance is covered by a full manufacturers warranty so you are covered for at least the term of a 12 month contract. Many of our appliances have even longer manufacturers warranties.
Stuff Happens and I can't continue with the rental agreement?
Sometimes it just does, but, if you need to return your merchandise, its OK. There are NO penalties for returns.
