B Ready little scholars
Where little scholars discover their potential......Be Ready little scholars is a tutoring service specialising in school readiness and
preparatory year learning support. My service aims at familiarising, developing,
scaffolding and explicitly teaching early Literacy and Numeracy skills to 4, 5 and 6 year olds. We are now guided by a kindergarten curriculum that is explicitly focused on play based learning. This context for learning is pinnacle to a young child's social and emotional development, however does not prepare them for the revised curriculum expectations required during their first year of formal schooling. A kindergarten child should be beginning to develop early literacy and numeracy skills now in order to prepare them for formal schooling expectation. Exposure to early curriculum now can set them up for an easy transition from 'play' to formal learning so consider giving them a head start now!
