We had ‘B-Wired Electrical Solutions’ replace an entire household of (cheap) downlights, light switches & power points not too long ago.
We specifically requested for ‘higher-quality / durable’ components and paid a premium as a result.
So far, 2 of the replacement switches have crumbled and have in fact fallen within the wall. One of which, is currently shorting (rendering the stovetop useless).
We have contacted Tony from B-Wired on numerous occasions, requesting he return. Tony has ignored these requests.
In last-ditch effort, we now have an electrician from another company in, thanks to B-wired and their poor workmanship.
We have been advised that B-wired has “attempted to clip in a Clipsal switch into a cheap power point, due to the cost of the quality Clipsal products”.
Tony gives tradespeople a bad name. Don’t be like Tony.
I find this very hard to believe and really don't think this person has made any effort to contact me , I have never received any calls, messages, emails from customers claiming poor workmanship because
that is something that I will not do , I suggest you contact me ( in writing for legal reasons )
We have the invoice, along with records of efforts made to contact you (via SMS) which mention previous attempts to contact you, dated all the way back to Feb 2018.
We’ve since replaced the switch in the hall (ourselves)
The Stove Switch is being replaced in the coming days, by a professional.
I rang Tony for a quote and he turned up the same day to quote, gave me the quote by the afternoon which was competitive and professional.
He did the job a few days later and all work was done professionally, well done Tony.
I wish all trademan were like that, i would recommend Tony to anybody who wants a professional tradesman.
