Like others before me I found this business to have very poor communication and be dishonest. They were quick and fast to take my money but then SILENCE! 9 days after ordering I checked online only to see my order marked as "Awaiting Fulfillment". No email to say sorry there has been a delay. So make no mistake here. These people are taking your money for products they do not have and you may never ever get! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!!!!!!

Best customer service I have had! I had so much trouble with other popular baby websites with quality, stock issues, refunds etc. But the lovely staff at Baby Booty were more than helpful with any queries I had. The quality of my mattresses I ordered for the bassinet and the cot are beautiful and arrived 3 days after purchased. I will definitley be using Baby Booty for my future baby shopping. Loved how personal my experience was.

Great prices in stock! I initially had communication issues via email, however once I rang and left a message, I received a response the same day. Tip: register with an account when you check out. I received my items within the expected time frame.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE: No communication after numerous phone calls (not answering) not replying to emails, said order would take 2 days.took over a month. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! SO, SO RUDE AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Communication is impossible they never return calls, or answer emails. If you require a bad experience shop with them. My experience is too long to relate, other then to say they use consumer law to protect themselves I canceled my order by email from their site received no acknowledgement, a week and a half later receive the item, the policy you cannot cancel once sent. So they ignored the cancellation sent item anyway and their policy protects them under consumer law.
