I ordered a birthday cake with pictures, descriptions and lots of communications via email but when I went to collect the cake it was completely wrong. The owner denied any problems with the order and only offered the option of cutting up the incorrect cake in a small effort to meet the requirements. I was still made to pay for the cake with a minor discount and no apology was offered. No effort was made to offer to have someone stay late to re-cook and decorate the cake for the event the next day - given they make cakes for very special occasions I thought that was a shame. I received an email acknowledgement they had not read my order properly and hoped I would use them again in the future to show they could provide good service.
