Clearly, the order says you will receive an email when the order is ready for pickup. After waiting for more than a month and no emails/ no comms from baby -direct we bought a baby cot locally as the baby was due soon and we could not wait endlessly for the order to be ready for pickup. Seeking a refund I called up their store and they said they will get back to COB but no response. Tries their chat about 5 times in the last 3 weeks and every time we will look into this with no response. Finally, after chasing them and arguing my case they were ok to refund but with a 10% cut for admin reasons in spite of their mistake. What behaviour in this day and age for their mistakes when the order hasn't been made available for pickup forget about seeking a refund after delivery?

I'm writing this review to express my disgust with the staff first of all. When you have a customer come in, you are supposed to greet them within 3 seconds, not only did any of you fail to do so but the both of you ignored until I approached you for a question.

I visited interstate and wanted to purchase a few items but without the right number of stock, I cant even understand how you call yourself a baby business. To cut a story short, you don't have my items in stock after even 2 months! Disgraceful practice!

Here's a piece of advice, to jerry ,don't you dare look at me in the face next time and lie blatantly about your suppliers. I also work in this industry and supply to various baby businesses, you and that cocoon mark are by far the worst imbeciles to deal with. Truly sorry for your existing customers. Disappointing!

We visited the place on the 13th of April 2019. Didn’t grab the ladies name but I have never seen such disgusting a service. The lady was absolute rude, made you feel like we didn’t know what we were talking about when it was regarding a mattress. We bought a secondhand cot, and it’s recommeded, because firstly baby direct is a rip off, we paid $160 for a fantastic secondhand cot.. all we were after was a new mattress. This lady was not helpful and told us that they don’t make these anymore, which was a lie, as we ended up buying one down the road at another baby store. She made us feel so bad that we bought an old cot and that we wouldn’t find a mattress, She lost our business because we were looking at buying a few things. We ended up spending $1500 down the road for a pram and other items.. lost a good sale due to lieing, and using poor sales technique and just in general rude.. never have I walked out the door so quick. If you have newly born baby and looking for quality baby products, Baby-Direct is that place you are looking for. It is the best store having wide range of baby products at very affordable rates. I am saying this because I have visited this online store and bought 2-3 products like baby stroller, baby car seat and baby monitor. They all are of good quality and I am very satisfied with. Its a worth trying once.

This store really have all the good things for babies and also for paranting. I have bought baby crib from their online store in feb and I am very happy with my purchase. Also i got additional $10 voucher for my next purchase. This is great.
