HORRID....I have bought TWO double prams from this store, I was an idiot to go back after how rude and unhelpful they were the first time, each time I go into the store they are distracted and organised, its all way overpriced, the computers take an hour and a half to load anything, then they LIE to me about being able to fix my second pram...I went to the representative they supposedly called and he hadn't heard from her at all, she told me the pram couldn't be fixed but he fixed it under warranty within 5 minutes. This store is the worst I have ever been to, and I am so annoyed at how I was treated, they just don't care about you, all they care about is getting their money.

This is a fantastic store, the staff were amazing really helpful it's hard to find such personal service these days but all the staff in this store were very friendly and informative , all had great product knowledge I wouldn't shop any where else we had gone to other stores but this one was the store for us . Thank you Sally and team and Jamie for installing our car seats . We highly recommend this store .

I originally bought my Valco stroller from the other branch when they were closing. The stroller had a manufacturer fault in the stitching. I took it back to the Morley store where the manager Jamie made every effort to replace the cover to save us from having to order parts from the supplier. I have also had issues with the wheels on the stroller and Jamie took half an hour out of his day to fix the problem.

I have nothing but great things to say about the service from Jamie and his team!!

shop elsewhere! !! I purchased 2 hipod boston booster seats, specifically requesting the current model which rates 5 crep stars. I was told they were brand new current stock. After picking up the seats I got home to find they were 3 years old and previous 3 star model. car seats are not recommended for use aftet 10 years from manufacture date.



on returning the seats the management was rude, unhelpful and refused a refund. consumer protection have been advised.



save your money and go elsewhere! !!

Both store\'s are full of it. So high price and the people who own it don\'t care about nothing but them self. Oh and just because you see some of colour does not mean you have to follow them.
