Baby Junction

I was reluctant to go to Baby Junction due to reading some negative reviews however this was the only store in Adelaide that sold the bumbleride indie stroller that I wanted to look at. I was pleasantly suprised at how lovely and helpful the staff were the first time I went there (during a weekday). The sales lady showed me through all the features of the pram and knew all the important details and she discussed ordering the pram and how long it would take to come in. I then returned on a weekend and they were busy(I was still expecting the staff to be horrible) however once again, I received excellent service. The ladies were friendly, helpful and pleasant to talk with, I was very happy to order my pram through baby junction.They had adequate staff on and I was attended to within 5 mins of arriving.I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend this store to all parents.

Terrible customer service you can never get through to the store on the phone. I nearly bought a pram bassinet here as it was advertised on their website as a strider plus however I was then told it didn't fit to the pram i bought (compact). When I enquired about the discounted correct model (strider plus) I was told it wasn't in stock so they couldn't give it to me at that price. Buyer beware with this store.

Wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful and lots of baby items to chose from. Very good prices. I will be sure to go back when ready to do my order.

I wouldn't buy a single thing from this store ever again! The staff are awful an once they take your money they don't want to know about you! I was given the wrong pram, expected to collect the new one at 38 weeks pregnant with a long drive in the heat, it was the last thing I needed. To make matters worse they gave me the wrong one again! I put my foot down and they delivered it to my house. You'd think that'd be it but just to be safe I checked inside the box... Wrong colour... You could only imagine a whale of a pregnant lady marching down there in the heat to give them a final serve! Also purchased a really expensive handbag! Only for the lining to bubble and the handle to break within a month... They said they'd send it off for repairs- a month later I collected it. They said they'd have to send it back because they hadn't fixed the bubbling in the lining... I demanded an exchange!
