Baby 'n' Things

The staff at Baby 'n' Things are terrific! Most if not all have personal experience in all things babies and their needs (as well as Mums!). They were so helpful to me and they did not make me feel obligated to purchase in their store in any way. I was happy to get many of my items from there because I knew I could rely on the service they provide.

The service I received at Baby N Things was above exceptional. As a first time mother, I really appreciated the time and attention the staff paid to listening to my needs and also teaching me all about the different types of products that would be suitable for a new born. I spent hours and hours looking at baby shops around Brisbane and found this store to have the perfect range of good quality products. Me and my baby are very happy :)!

After browsing at some of the larger chains of baby stores in Brisbane, I found the staff at Baby n Things were a lot more helpful and knowledgable about their products. I found they were willing to order in anything I needed even if it wasn't something they normally stocked. Although they are a small store, they still stock a diverse range of good products and offer a good discount on some things.

All in all I was impressed with the level of customer service and extra community services they provide like their in-store child health nurse and free car seat fittings... loved the toy corner for my toddler too!

Wasted our time driving all the way to this store - it is very small and does not carry much stock or variety. prices were high in our opinion except for a few things on special which sucked us in to going there. I agree - they only seem to carry stock of small items. If you like to see and touch something that you want to buy, don't go here unless you want to buy from a catalog they show you - may as well order from another online site and save the petrol.

Very small shop with a poor range of product, under staffed unhelpful. Just about anything I wanted had to be ordered in. Very little stock available to walk out with! They basically have 3 cots, several prams, a chair and some small stuff on display and a check out counter and that's it. Waste of time going there. Don't waste your time like I did.
