the first time I went here I was happy with the service and there was a nice lady helping us around the store.
The second time I went into the store there was a different person at the counter who was too preoccupied with having an argument with their partner on the phone instead of attending to me. I stood in front of them at the counter for 10 minutes, then when it was quite obvious they wanted me to leave them alone, I walked out the store furious.
I won't ever go back there again, which is a shame that there staff has given them a bad reputation for me.
Even though it looks as though a bomb has exploded in this shop the prices are hands down the best in Adelaide especially if you are buying more than one thing as they had a incentive programme when we bought all of ours. If you know what you want then this is the place to go to to get the best price.
