Website said the $649 item I ordered was in stock. After 2 weeks, I checked with them on email and no reply. I rang a further 3 days latervto be told it would be another couple of weeks away. I asked to Have a refund and was refused. The product turned up another week later and was damaged. Called them and was told too bad. Found out that this is actually Bubs baby shop under a different name as one of their staff answered the phone as Bubs! So after being rudely spoken to and arguing for a week, I got no where. I won't go to Bubs now and shop there either as it's the same people who shafted us.
