Just got my DVD from Baby to Be and all I can say is thank you SO much! Even my husband got teary watching it! Elliott (the radiographer and owner) was so sweet and patient with my uncooperative baby and the results are incredible. I'll definitely be back for my next pregnancy.
Complete waste of my money and time. The place is run down. The toilet is disgusting, hasn't been cleaned in what looks like ever.
The ultrasound was blurry and definitely not the standard I expected. On the CD of images only 5 were of my babies face. I've shown these photos to several people including sonographers.
I am so disappointed, definitely a bad experience and $200 is a lot of money to lose.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed that there were only 5 photos of the baby's face. Unfortunately, as you can appreciate, the baby's position, the clarity of your amniotic fluid and gestational age all play a role in the quality of images we can obtain during your appointment.
With that said, customer satisfaction is our priority and for this reason had you have told us that you were dissatisfied we would have gladly offered you a second appointment at no charge - as is our policy.

Don't waste your money! Dirty facilities - bathroom/toilet need bleach, de cobweb & clean. Old cement sheeting over dirty bath in bathroom/toilet area. You have to walk up 2 flights of an old spongy timber staircase - not safe, especially PREGNANT!
You lay on a couch with throw cushions for a pillow, no disposable cover sheets & I wouldn't go back if I was paid money. Such a disappointment & waste of my money- I cried in car on way home it was that bad & I never have written a review with such disappointment. Don't get sucked in the pretty website - go through a proper sonographer clinic as I even wonder if the ultrasound tools are hygienically cleaned after each use. - Never Again!! STAY AWAY FROM THERE!
If The management read this, sorry - clean up & renovate before you hit customers with expensive fees only to be sadly surprised with your premises.
