If you want to purchase something that is available somewhere else do it to avoid disappointmenI would give zero stars if I could. We were misled into believing that our pram would arrive on time. I called twice to receive an estimated time of arrival and both times they guaranteed it would arrive in three business days. They seemed kind and trustworthy on the calls, so I believed them and purchased it. However, the pram arrived one week after we had left on a six month trip. When I contacted the company for a return or exchange, they rudely refused and did not even bother replying to our emails. I am in absolute shock and disgust by their terrible customer service. If you are thinking of buying something from this company, I suggest finding another shop to avoid disappointment and headaches.

Awesome service again from Baby Train. I've been a customer for many years now and have found each store consistently pleasant. The staff are always caring and the stores always have fantastic offers on car seats and prams which make buying during any time in the year a little bit sweeter. The staff are caring for your family and knowledgeable about the product ranges - Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed shopping at Baby Train. After being ignored at other baby shops I was actually overwhelmed at how friendly all the staff were. They had fantastic product knowledge & did a great package price. They gave practical advice & didn't try to sell me everything - which is just what I needed as I was so confused about all the baby stuff! I will definitely be getting everything from Baby Train & recommend it to everyone.

I purchased over $2000 from Baby Train while I was pregnant. I had purchased a baby capsule and hadn't planned on purchasing a car seat however the sales staff suggested I do. I wish I hadn't. My baby girl arrived healthy however after a month she was a bit "floppy" as the doctor said, however thought she would get better. After that we have had issue after issue and my baby has not improved much and is developmentally delayed. She can't sit or hold her head up amongst other issues. My husband passed by Baby Train to purchase something else and told Baby Train about her medical issues and that we required a rear facing car seat as she cannot sit in the forward facing car seat that we had purchased. He was advised that they would exchange the car seat for a rear facing car seat. What a great and honest business! Baby Train's in-house carseat installer is very friendly and knowledgable. Adjusted two of my children's carseats and thoroughly explained what he did and how to maintain the seat belts correctly. To top this professional service off, the car installer gave us his service free of charge. It is rare to receive good old fashioned customer service like this in a quick fix, self-serve retail world. Will be recommending to all my friends! Thanks!
