Needed a gift for a christening and had no idea where to even begin and feeling very out of place the lovely staff put together a range of options for me and even helped putting together some outfit options for me

I was looking for a particular item for my son and Babyco happened to be advertising it in one of their catalogues. So I made my way down to Highpoint shopping centre where the shop is located externally and not inside the main complex. When I walked in, the staff was tidying the store as my family were the very first customers. I thought I would have been able to find what I was looking for but it seems the store doesn't stock that item. An attendant stopped her work and asked if I needed any help. After telling her what it was and some searching on the system, Babyco Highpoint had no stock left. The very helpful attendant was determined to get my item so she rang around other Babyco stores and organised for the immediately delivery. Within a week, I got what I was looking for and the best thing, I wasn't asked for a deposit either. Not as big as their competitor but definitely a big winner with their service.
