They have a great variety of products, service isn't very good. No one else in the store, I walk in and get nothing but a look, like I've interrupted their conversation or something.
The icing on the cake for the bad review is...
Do NOT layby goods! They take this as your "purchase date" and when you collect your goods they're very soon close to being no longer under warranty!
I.e. Layby December (only because they had to order stuff in)

Issue with a wheel on the pram upon immediate use at 7w old, took it in and it's no longer under warranty, I'll have to pay $44 for a new wheel when it was a manufacturing fault.. I won't be back or recommending the store!

I came into the store in Osborne Park on a Saturday, it was quiet - there were only a few customers walking around and the whole time the staff just stood around the checkout having a conversation. No one asked any of the customers if they needed help. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

Rude, very offensve staff,unhelpful and have no understanding of how to speak to customers I willl never deal with these people again.

Expensive. Staff not particularly friendly. staff member that served me had a bad cold. Worried my newborn will get sick!

terrible service. were sold expensive, poor products
