My name is Natasha. A little about me - Im a fully degree-qualified Naturopath and a member of ANTA (Australian Natural Therapists Association). Naturopathy is a system of medicine which harnesses the body's natural ability to heal itself. As a professional practitioner, I work with you to not only resolve your symptoms, but to determine and resolve the underlying causes of your illness.

What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a system of medicine that supports the bodys own innate healing ability. Naturopaths do not see a person as just a collection of symptoms, but rather as an individual with a unique mental/emotional make-up, constitution and life history.

What can I expect from a consultation?
Initial consultations take about 90mins and include a complete history of the patient, and a detailed account of the presenting complaint. The patients constitution is assessed utilising naturopathic diagnostic tools such as iridology, and a treatment plan will be devised by the practitioner.
Your treatment plan may include:
- Herbal medicines and creams
- Vitamins and minerals
- Homoeopathics
- Flower essences
- Dietary and lifestyle advice
Follow-up consultations will be around 45mins (includes 15mins for making up individual medicines).

What can be treated using Naturopathy?
Many illnesses can be treated such as:
