I have previously eaten at Baci and the food has been good, especially breakfast. When I returned this trip, I was met by a surly waitress that proceed to reprimand and humiliate me and my guest that we can in through the wrong entrance and we should have waited to be seated. Even when we apologised this was not good enough. Shame, nice food, reasonably priced considering the location, but the service has a lot to be desired.
Feeling underdressed and being at the casino, I needed something quick and nothing too fancy. I was able to get a spot here easily without reservation and they didn't seem bothered by how underdressed I was either. We order the bruschetta which came out fairly quick as we were hoping. There were 3 slices each with a different topping. The pesto one was very nice, followed by the traditional tomato one, the cheese one was far too cheesy. The serving size was quite large for an entree and would suit 3 people much better than 2. For the main, we shared the potato pizza which was a real disappointment. It was far too salty from the pancetta and the rosemary was an overkill.
Overall, an average experience, I would go back to try other dishes though and the pricing wasn't too bad for something at Crown.
