Badgingarra Roadhouse
1 Meagher Dr
Badgingarra, WA, 6521
Just spent a week dining at the Roadhouse, food was alway great no matter what I ordered from the menu, never took long to get to the table. Staff were friendly, and a good selection of take-aways available. No hesitation in recommending this place if you need to stop and grab a quick feed.
We just shared an Angus burger with salad inside and chips. Lovely tasting. Ample for two people.
You could eat inside or out. We ate inside - very clean.
Outside had a few seating spots with an oversized chess board and a peacock walking around.
Toilets very clean.
The lady at the counter was very efficient and friendly.
Gentleman cooking made very nice food and was friendly and efficient too.
Obviously even 6 months after the last review the new owners have maintained a nice spot to eat and refuel your vehicle.
This will be our all time spot to stop if driving from Perth airport to Geraldton again.
Well worth the good review and worth your stop.
The new owners have taken over this site, and you can see a lot of enthusiasm, love, and care is being invested back into the Roadhouse and the community. The food is delicious, there's so many options for the items on the menu, and it's all freshly made at the site! The staff and management are genuinely friendly, attentative, and want to help you with your purchases. Very happy the level of service I was given, and would highly recommend visitors stop past the Roadhouse for some great grub.
I stopped here for food and a break at approx 6.45pm Friday 1 March 2013 on my way to Geraldton. When I walked into the shop, the staff behind the counter was in deep conversation with someone on the telephone. Staff saw me come in (there were no other customers in the shop), turned back on me and continued conversation. Several minutes later staff was still on the phone and despite making eye contact with staff on a number of occasions, still continued telephone conversation. At one point staff who was working in the kitchen also saw me standing there but did nothing. I was quite hungry and waited a few more minutes - there are no other places to buy food - but after about 10 minutes - staff was still on the phone - I walked out. I will never stop at the Badgingarra Roadhouse again. The non attention/service was a disgrace.
The Badgingarra Roadhouse changed hands on 25th July 2016 (Rachel & Mike Henderson the new owners), we were aware of it previous record and reputation, and trust that if you ever stop again you will be pleasantly surprised.
