Slow service and S**t food! I had my engagement dinner there and the service was so slow the kids meals took forever to come out. Best part was checking the receipt when we got home to notice we paid for 2 meals we didn't order/receive. At $30ph avoid.

Have been to this place at least once a year for the past 6 years. It was the favoured choice for my wife's grandmother for family get togethers and birthdays etc. It used to be nice, but has had a management change approx. 1 year ago and it is definitely now a place to avoid.

Very disappointed, this is the first time we have been out to a restaurant in Werribee, First impression were good, but as the night rolled on it just seemed to go from good to bad and then horrible.

My wife and I finally got to dine at Baffetti and we weren't dissapointed. The portion sizes were not over the top like many Italian Restaurants, so we got to enjoy 3 excellent courses each. We left the restaurant fully satisfied and having an very good dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant and suggest it is one of the finest in the outer west of Melbourne.



The only thing at fault, was our waiter when we were discussing our choices on the menu.

He appeared to be hanging around waiting for us to choose our selections. When we had decided and he came over to take our order, he virtually TOLD US what we were having, he had been listening in to our conversation. I found this quite rude. However we did not let this spoil our evening. Because of this incident, we only gave 4 stars not 4 1/2
