Couldn't fault the service. Prices were a lot less than the major stores. Got the bags home and my mother locked hers and couldn't remember the code. The manager couldn't have been more helpful will definitely be returning Nice to see smiles for once

The prices were not as great as they advertise it to be. On top of that we experienced poor customer service when the manager got upset with my niece for wheeling around luggage in the store on the assumption we were going to damage the goods and not buy it. The manager only changed their town when they realised we were making a purchase. Considering we were purchasing what was meant to be a "quality" item I don't think a 6 yr old wheeling it around the store would effect the bag's quality and I would have expected the bag could withstand such use.
Won't be returning to the store. Crowded and can buy a lot of the luggages/bags in the bigger shopping centres.
