Bai Bua Traditional Thai Massage

I have been a regular customer of bai Bua for several years. One to two massages a month, usually one hour and a half. I will say instead of going to Thailand, this is the best place for authentic Thai massage. The management and staff have always been courteous and professional. I also massage as well and appreciate an effective massage. Thank you Bai Bua team.

I had the worst experience at Bai Bua traditional thai massage, they do not understand customer service at all! I am 8 months pregnant and booked in for a pregnancy massage, when I booked with the staff on the phone I ask them several times do they have a pregnancy table with a whole for my stomach in the table, I was told repeatedly that they did! On the day of the massage I was called by a staff who I assume was the management to confirm the massage, when I Checked again that they definitely had a whole in the table to do a pregnancy massage I was told they didn't have one! When I advised them I had asked several times when making the booking, they basically said too bad! As I had planned a special day with my mum and sister so we could get massages together, and had called numerous places trying to find one with a whole in the table for pregnant stomachs, our day was ruined.
