We are based in drouin we service all areas from warragul to melbourne. you can book with us between 7.30am to 10pm monday till sunday either by phone, text, email, or book with our new online enquiry form and we are open 52 weeks a year and we don't charge surcharges for public holidays or christmas day like some of the other companys do. our main goal is to go the extra mile to make your big day extra special.
all our inflatables have a 10,000,000 public liability insurance cover and are fully maintained and checked for safety before and after each & every use also all of our electrical equipment is tested and tagged.

They ruined my daughters 2nd birthday, took the booking, we paid in full over the phone. They came out and refused to set up and then they refused to refund any of the amount we paid up front. In total they took $250 for doing nothing and ruining our day. Do not use.
fiona that is not true we offered your partner $100.00 back, the reason we couldn't install the castle was because your ground surafce wasn't as described, it was hard cracked clay with large sharp rocks everywhere, you told us when you booked it was on artificial turf from your booked now form and then when we confirmed your booking you then said it was dirt which is fine so we didn't have a ground tarp with us to install the jumping castle with if you had told us the ground surface had sharp objects we would of brought a ground tarp and there would been no problems, it also states on our faq page qustion 16. Please check that the area is free from sharp objects and animal waste.
