Went there to order a coffee and some food over the past few weeks. It was quite busy but no system in place to handle customers. Young staff kept ignoring me and serving their friends who kept arriving. Eventually I sat down and waited for my order. Food came but no drink. So I went to ask about my coffee and the staff rudely told me to wait somewhere else. It had been 25 minute since I had walked in the door. They continued to take orders, and I noticed people who had arrived over the last five minutes were receiving their coffees. Had I not have paid already I would have walked out. I kept waiting and asked again. My coffee never arrived. After 4 minutes I went elsewhere. Such a shame.
