While this is my impression of the way Baker-Young have dealt with me as their client it should not be assumed that they treat all of their clients in this way, however it is difficult to understand why I, as a pensioner, would have been singled out for this kind of treatment.
Overall Performance Very Poor - 14 weeks to sell my shares (i.e. money in the bank) and at the end of week 18 I'm still waiting for the supporting documentation. To think that I actually paid for this lack of service in good faith makes me very angry.
Communication skills Very Poor - they do not reply to e-mails or phone call messages and did not keep me informed about any of their actions even though I specifically asked them to - I had to tell them the shares had been sold - they had no idea.
