I brought in my in-warranty panasonic camera last week. I phoned them first, very polite. Quick service. Told me it would be 5 business days. When it got to 3, I emailed them for an update, and I got an email back in about 10 minutes. Then I got a call on the 5th business day at 8am to say it was ready for pick up. Entirely fixed, no cost and still working now. I felt I should write this after the 2 bad reviews- maybe they've changed!

I have had a Panasonic DVD/VCR repaired here twice under warranty...1st time was Feb 2006 when it was returned some 6 weeks later (they didn't even look at it for approx 3 weeks) whereupon I found that it was no longer an 'All Regions'. player.



I was again directed to them by Panasonic for further repairs in June 2007 (whereupon I asked them to make it 'All Regions' again upon repairing it)...when the player was returned, not only was it still NOT playing 'All Regions', it stopped working again in about 3 weeks. Panasonic wanted me to take it back to them for further repairs...I REFUSED!!! The product in question was subsequently repaired (under warranty) by Dawson's at Yeerongpilly (despite the drive, a much better & worthwhile experience all round).



Given my previous experience with them, I have not been back nor do I ever intend to...a wise decision it would appear given A2's recent review!!!

just had a 2yr old lcd tv fixed here, cost of $190 which i agreed to as to look at it cost $88.00 then get home and find it still didn't work, took back and then they told me needed something else and was another $127 that was cost price and would do it for cost for me, had they done the job correctly first time I would never have had fixed as i could have purchased a new tv for the cost of getting this one fixed, not happy and don't recommend!!
