Best Bakery in the area. I've tried the breads, the rolls, the pastries, the salmon baguettes, the quiche and they are some of the best I've ever tasted. So fresh and delicious. This baker knows his stuff and you can taste it in everything he produces. It's not mass produced boring stuff that you can get at the chain bakeries and often, your favourites items aren't available because of this but I'd take being occasionally disappointed that I missed out vs tasting superior goods every time I buy from there, any day.
i got a chicken and mushroom pie here just today and it was really nice. they use real pastry unlike 'hot bread' further up the road. i like how they are open so late as sometimes the urge to consume baked goods strikes outside of other cafes sunday opening hours! the chicken & mushroom is a bit more expensive than other pies on gpr ($5) but the steak and mushroom is $4.
