Bad experience! Ordered a maxi taxi for a group of us to go to Hadspen for a wedding. We asked could we order the taxi to collect us later in the evening and were told yes, and to call 30-45 minutes before we wanted to be picked up. At 10:30pm we called the mobile number on the card the driver had given us. The call went straight to messages so we called the landline. We were told that one would be sent as soon as possible. At 11:30pm we called to see how far away the taxi was, only to be told that there was no maxi taxi working that night. After a lengthy discussion (and being cut off or hung up on twice) we were going to be sent two sedan cabs. After waiting for another hour outside The Red Feather Inn (where we couldn't go in and just hang out) I had to find a member of the wedding party and borrow their car to ferry our group back to Launceston.
