Rudest most ignorant belligerent pig of an Irishman running the show. They botched my door fix , blamed it on the " sub contractors" then refused to fix it. He put 6mm glass in a 3 mm glass gap and then told me it was my fault for not specifying the glass. Ummmmm, pretty sure that's why I called a so called glazier. Hopeless moron ... Rude human . Do not use these guys ever!!!
Following an emergency incident, we received prompt service but what appeared to me to be an exorbitant bill, more than double what I was expecting. The job was not completed and the firm did not come back for over two weeks but still charged "Emergency Rates" whatever they are. I asked the proprietor for a breakdown of materials and labour which they very aggressively refused, saying that was what they charged and they "knew what to charge after 30 years in the business". My conclusion is that they would be unable to justify such high charges based on labour and materials.
I suspect overcharging in emergency situations is very widespread since these firms are usually charging insurance companies and they are rarely challenged. Also - the proprietor of this firm is "old school" with little idea of customer service.
