One star is too good a review for the poor y of service we received. Vet never called to explain treatment plan left it to vet nurse, who failed to followed up, or ensure dog wasn't in pain, never explain how they intended to care for our dog, never gave the dog any pain medication and never explained the breakdown of the costs, ended up at another vets with dog in a serious condition. In my view the whole company should be banned from practicing Vet medicine.
Took our dog in, they did ultrasound - charged over $1,000, didn't explain the findings and then said needed an op, but didn't explain what was needed. Cold, indifferent, money focused, didn't care about our dog. Ended up going to another vet that explained the results of the ultrasound, we're compassionate and actually cared.
Took our beloved dog here after she had been poisoned by something she may have eaten on a walk. We had taken her to a local vet who had her on fluids but they said there was nothing he could do but said we could take her to the vet hospital. She was like family to us, and we weren't going to give up. We rang the vet hospital and they told us to come straight in. When we walked through the doors, the staff came out and took her from us immediately.
Unfortuantely after 36 hours she passed away, but I know they did everything they could. I only regret not taking her there sooner.
Only 4 stars because they are very expensive. But they do operate 24hours. If one my cats got sick now and our local vet wasn't open I would take them here immediately.
Absolute joke.
Only care about charging you as much as possible and don't care about your animals wellbeing.
The guy who "gave advise" on our beloved cat did not care about helping just gave us prices.
4-6 grand to keep him there for 3 days and get blood work, said there was nothing they could do and I should 100% put him down. Also kept going out to ask for other vets advice as he looked about 12 years old and didn't know anything about anything.
