Bald Hills Medical

This surgery is a joke every time I've made an appointment I sit there for over 50 mins and with only a couple of people waiting.
The doctor I have been stuck with Dr Asoka she is absolutely terrible .She knows nothing and each and every time starts fiddling with the computer.She obviously can't even work out the computer.
I have been there since it first opened and then the Doctor was wonderful.He is no longer there and it's just gone done hill since he left.

Doctor I see is good but the wait is ridiculous some times. Last visit was 50mins!!! Not good really even if it is bulk billed.

I've been going to Bald Hills for a number of years. I moved doctor about a year ago and found that this new particular doctor was uncaring with their patients. I moved back to Bald Hills and was simply blown away with the service. The doctor's are thorough, caring and understanding when handling issues from their patients. They make sure that you're 100% healthy will regular check-ups and tests in whatever area you need to be assessed in. The two doctor's are both lovely and efficient, and the counter staff are patient, enthusiastic and efficient in handling both in-person and over-the-phone services. Highly recommend this practice to anyone who's looking for a thorough and caring doctor's practice.

I've been going to see them for a few years and after my last visit I will never go back. They do not care about their patient. Is not thorough. 5 minutes is about the max appointment time.I'll be going to a bulk bill from now on, at least it's free and they couldn't be any worse.I'm 39 and the clincher was my last visit I was given a prostate exam with no reason why I shold have one, I'd come in there with a sore thoat.???? Very dissapointed and thought I'd let other people know the facts...
