Oh I just love this pastry shop, its a sweet heaven for anyone who enjoys a sweet cake/ice-cream or simply some time out to have a coffee and cake with some friends. Each time Ive been here its always been quite busy, I guess it all depends on time of the day, Friday/Saturday evening than this is definitely the case and may take some time before you could get service. Ive eaten Lebanese sweets across a number of places and this has to be by far one of the best. Just about all the pastries are loaded with butter, layers of crispy filo, delectable syrups and more nuts, lots of them, there are sweet semolina cakes dotted with nuts, puff pastry rammed with crushed walnuts and orange blossom water. As you enter, you will see trays of freshly baked pastry being carried out, displayed in large pans. They are all weighed for cost towards the end.
