Absolutely shocking sales attitude. Go elsewhere. Arrogant, rude and had very little understanding about the cars and contradicted what is all over the dealers and holden websites. Im not buying a 1000 dollar tv. Im looking at 30 to forty thousand dollars on a car. No wonder they're struggling in Aus.

Terrible sales staff. From what I encountered there.



I went to buy a 2nd hand Cruze, 2012 model for $22k..cash.



The 'new' sales staff pawned me off to the 2nd hand sales staff, I was made to feel cheap.



The 2nd hand sales staff was useless.



In the end we bought a Mazda.

They seem be friendly but any mistake they charged on you !!!! Be care full. I bought a new Holden Captiva Series II this week 12/Mar/2013. The car model does not have connectivity. So I asked them to install all the devices. They installed a blue tooth and then a Navigation System that was upgraded and I have to pay for it. I end up with two blue tooth system in my car. When they gave the new car, they blame me for the mistake and they denied any wrong doing......so I am fighting to get a refund of AU$ 647.

Very helpful staff. Bent over backwards to help me and my brother look at cars and take test drives. Service team could be a bit friendlier though

Terrible service sums up Ballan Holden..

I rang Ballan and booked in for a test on my car and was to it was $120 an hour but they would call me if it was over and hour. I go to pick up my car and they tried charging me $420.00 I said um I was told it was $120 an hOur and you would call of it was over. They changed it to $120 after I had a heated discussion with the management. They told me the problem was I needed a new computer system in the car and it was going to cost $600 so I booked that in.
