My experience with Ballarat real estate extended to almost two years as I chose them to manage my property. In this short time, the managing authority was started and ended with 3 agents in total, there was constant miscommunication and no option to keep your existing property manager. They failed to tell me the tenant didn't sign the 12 month lease when it was due to be renewed, and that the property was being sub-leased this went on for months without my knowledge, they are rude and I would not use them again as you are merely a number to them and not treated as a paying client. Considering you trust them with an investment, I expect better service and communication. Overall terrible service, I now use a smaller more personal real estate agent in Ballarat and to date they have been great.
