I have been a constant customer of Balloon World for several years. I have recently had a horrible experience with them- I paid extra to ensure my balloons lasted longer and after I got home from picking them up (I drove straight home living 10 minutes away), the foil balloon was deflating. When I called them to query this, not only did the manager have a defensive attitude, he also suggested that it was to do with heat, although the temperature was under 20 degrees outside and I didn't have the car heater on. His manner was appalling and insisted that I needed to come in to have it fixed, although he couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. I have never had an experience like this before and I certainly will not be using the company again. Had he been polite and apologetic, it would have been fine!
