After dropping our car off for a routine service, we received a phone call where the mechanic nonchalantly mentioned that there was a slight delay due to a part having to be ordered, without clearing that work with us or advising us of the price beforehand. We arrived to find our bill was $700 more than we had anticipated. Normal people are not made of this kind of money. Do not recommend.
I'll never go back again. Initially Cesear was helpful and friendly, however the wrong part was ordered in and our car was left there over the weekend with no warning or consulting us to let us know we couldn't use our car for the weekend. The initialy quote was $130 which I agreed to, and when we picked it up on Monday afternoon the quote had jumped to $480. Absolutely terrible service and unprofessional. Definitly do not recomend.
