Balmoral Air Conditioning

These guys completely stuffed up my install resulting in a $11000 rectification cost. So much plasterboard needed to be torn down to fix the ducting before being reinstalled and repainted. Daikin have come to the party to help and bring these guys to account and in fact have had their Daikin dealership terminated due to shonky installs.

Stay away from these guys at all costs.

Absolutely the worse service I have ever experience. Over 4 months I left 20 messages and was told on numerous occasion that they would call me back in 10 minutes and it never happened. I don't know how they can successfully run a business treating customers so poorly. Over several months of hoping they would get onto my issue I finally said that if they didn't want my business just tell me and I would go somewhere else to which I was then told that was the best option and they proceeded to hang up the phone in my ear.

I would gladly recommend Balmoral Air to install an air conditioner. I was so happy with the time Rem took to consider what was not an easy job. He brainstormed and talked through the options. The air conditioner works so well, is so quiet and the installation process was excellent. Thank you times a million!

Never use these guys.
It has been a year of constant break downs. It now not working at all.
No return calls and failing to show up for appointments.
Very bad customer service.
